The Queen's Flower ver. 1.2.6
Hey guys! It's been a while.
I finally decided to get back to this project, further improve it, then add more content. Starting with some major changes to the game.
So, here's a complete list of changes:
- Added graphics options on the main menu
- Most GUI/HUD elements have been improved
- Number displays have been disabled except for Training dummy.
- SP and Gold have been removed.
- Control scheme and Falucite mechanics have been changed
- In game controls are now on Keyboard
- Switching Falucites now execute skill attacks
- and a separate button for magic attacks/buffs
- Item usage has been altered.
- Clear Falucite is now merely a savepoint.
- Attacking bosses will now delay their next move by 0.09 second.
- Base stats for Alexandria, enemies, and bosses have been increased by 150%.
- All special attacks are now available as soon as Falucites are obtained.
- "Pierce" attack is now inserted in the basic combo.
- will maintain it's defense ignore properties
- damage increased by 33% .
- Basic attacks' momentum increased by 100%.
- Max EP reduced by 52%.
- EP now gradually regenerates by 1 per second.
- "Energy Blade" passive absorption increased by 500%.
- "Wind Cutter" skill distance increased by 50%.
- "Thunderbolt" magic projectile size increases while traveling.
- "Magnum Break" skill removed from Alexandria.
- Alexandria can no longer phase through most enemies.
- Revised some NPC dialogues.
And those are all the current changes for this build. I really want to focus more on making action games now instead of leaning towards RPGs, so I made this game more straightforward hoping it would be more fun, than making it a number game for every encounter.
Next, I am considering adding content that I have initially written on my game design documents that I had to omit because of rushing a December release back in 2017, but first I would like to know what you guys think about The Queen's Flower now, are the changes good, should I keep improving it, are there any bugs, and so on.
